What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a visit within 24 hours, calling or texting me will work best. You will get an email notification when your visit has been canceled, and any necessary credit will be added to your account. If I am already on the way to your visit or already at your home, no credit will be issued.

0-4 hours before the start of service: no credit will be issued.
4-12 hours before the start of service: I will place a partial credit of 50% on your account that you can use for future bookings within one year.
12+ hours before the start of service: I will place a credit on your account that you can use for future bookings within one year.

How far in advance do I need to book dog walks?

If you know the days you will need walks, please let me know in advance. However, I understand that things come up and you may need a walk last minute, and I can cover that, too.

It is best if you can give me at least 48 hours notice so I can coordinate and get you set up.

I can sometimes accommodate same-day requests, but it is best to book in advance. This is especially the case during my busiest times (holidays & weekends) I may run short on availability.

If you think you might need a dog walk, but you are not sure, go ahead and give me a heads up and I will add a tentative visit to our schedule so you are sure to be covered.
